This is my Hendrix family line to show how my Hendrix fathers started their trek on the northern tip of Sweden and 12 generations later allowed me to end up in Eastern Oklahoma.

I have Census records starting with Roger Phillip Hendrix (Me) on 1950 Census and going back to James Hendrix on 1850 Census. James is my 2nd great grandfather. The names in "Green".
Family Tree DNA (ftDNA) and Ancestry.com provided DNA matches to me to prove my relationship to William Hendrix, my 3rd great grandfather. The name in "Yellow".
The names highlighted with, "Orange", are common ancestors shared with me and distant DNA cousin matches;

- Nathan Hendrix, my 5th great grandfather;
- John Duckett Hendrix, my 6th great grandfather;
- James Jacobus Hendrix Sr., my 7th great grandfather;
- Albertus Hendrickson (Albert Hendrix/Hendricks), my 8th great grandfather;
- Hendrick Hendricksy, my 9th great grandfather.
