James V. Hendrix

She died on 15 Aug 1913 in Lawrence County, Tennessee, US.
He was buried at the Mint Spring Cemetery which is north of Ethridge, Tennessee. From Ethridge, go north on Highway 43 to Campbellsville Pike Road. Go East on Campbellsville Pike to Mint Spring Road. Mint Spring Cemetery is in the corner on the South East side of the intersection of Mint Spring and Campbellsville roads.
NOTE: It appears that Lavinia C. was a Burke
and married someone by the name of Brockwell before marrying James
V. Hendrix or she was a Brockwell and married someone by the name
of Burke before marrying James V. Hendrix.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Carpenter, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Etta Bitticks, at Tanner, Ala., following an extended illness, were held at Lynnville Saturday afternoon, with burial at Lynnwood Cemetery, Lynnville, Giles County, US.
Besides Mrs. Bitticks, Mrs. Carpenter is survived by two other daughters,
Mrs. Anna Murphy and Miss Grace Carpenter, both of Pulaski;
two sons, Elmer Carpenter of Sandyhook, and John Carpenter of Pulaski;
several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
